Dear Sir/Mam,
This is with reference to my kotak account number [protected] (Home branch: Dombivali) that has been debit freezed from past two weeks.
I have done the UPI transactions to pay the loans ( 7 days loan: High rate of intrest) that i took in case of emergency.
I don't reside in Mumbai anymore, so as per instructions received through kotak application and customer care, I have visited the nearest branch i.e. Talegaon Dhabade (KKBK0001794) where I met branch operation manager Mr. Pandurang Dhobale. He has sent email to the concerned team and also to my home branch to unfreeze the account.
But after various follow up with the nearest branch and customer care, my account is not yet unfreezed.
I am urgently in need of money.
Also, various auto debit of EMI is getting effected, which is leading to other issues.
Request your immediate support to help me in order to unfreeze the account at the very earliest.
Also, post unfreezing, please upgrade my account to Kotak savings account.
