Debit block from more than 3 weeks

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is with reference to my kotak account number [protected] (Home branch: Dombivali) that has been debit freezed from more than 3 weeks.

I have done the UPI transactions to pay the loans ( 7 days loan: High rate of intrest) that i took in case of emergency.

I don't reside in Mumbai anymore, so as per instructions received through kotak application and customer care, I have visited...

I had applied for a Kotak Credit card after a lot of bugging from the customer care of the bank. I submitted all documents online.

From the date of submission of documents I started checking the status online and it always showed "Being Processed". After two weeks I called up the bank's customer care only to know that my application has been rejected twice.

I came to know that my application is rejected but the bank's executive said that the verification process failed whereas I did not get any verification calls or anyone in person to verify my details. and as per bank executive no credit will issue for the pincode of my residence.

My question is if they are not providing all service then why are they opening accounts.

Hoping this issue will be resolved.

      I requested to cancel my accidental policy which they assigned me without my concern. I called customer care on 5th july and requested for cancel the policy they told that request has been placed and you will get refund within 7-8 working days after compliting 8 working days i called again then they said because of technical issue you did not get refund and you need to wait 2 more days. that 2 days also passed but i did not get my refund they are saying it has been put on high priority but not telling when i will get refund.
      please look into this matter.

        I have applied for credit card in Kotak Mahindra bank with online service. After few days, as per the process I got credit card verification call. They have asked for OTP so that they can approve my credit card. I have gave them my OTP. After around 1 hour, 30K got deducted from my account without my involvement.

        We get to know that it has been transferred from my account to another account in Kotak Mahindra bank Gujarat branch. This seems to be internal transfer in the same bank with the involvement of the bank employee. They did access my online banking transferred it. They are not at all cooperating with me and not helping me in the investigation.

        Please look into this and help to get the hard-earned money back.

          Personal loan settlement

          Hi Kotak Bank,
          This is Lokesh Anand and had a LOAN account with the number SPLN62315833. I have sent the email to you guys previously but I have not received any proper email for resolution and also my communication was ignored. I request you guys to read my complete email.
          1. Your collection team abused me a lot of time.
          2. They have not spoken to me properly and not behaved honestly 3.I have had no help from kotak bank...

          I have 1 current account and 2 saving account and 2 swipping machine in kotak Bank ameerpet hyd branch (KKBK0007453)
          Every month when I m going to bank for money withdrawal bank members saying no money or wait 30 min
          Every time when going bank 45 min complasry waste and all members bahevier very bad plz action against him

          Already 3 time 3 months complaint but no response and also doing email for branch manager but branch manager (Badri vishal) says transfer your account to other branches And forcefully give me branch transfer from
          Very very bad stuff and branch manager is too bad plz action against him

            Hi I am using kotak credit card but due to financial crisis I am unable to pay this month emi not even to pay other loans and lender amount. I don't know when will this situation will good . I left my job and started my own business but due to COVID it get closed and my saving and loans taken from other lenders are burden on me. My family is depending on me . Earlier everything is going good but as now I am unable to pay any of the loans. I am mentally frusted due to this and I don't want that this should proceed to recovery and they start harrassing me. As I request kotak to see my loans and card history I never bounce any of the payment . I request you to please settle this as soon as possible. I mail many times to kotak but no revert from there side.

                Dear Kotak Bank Team,

                I have been using this account from last 5 years and my kotak account is 0 balance (811) basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from 24.48 Rs as per the attachment

                I have not used ATM since 01st June as I am out of the country, also one card is being issued for this and that is with me, so how this is possible that ATM CW Fee is deducted from my account in the month of June 3 times and in the month of July 1 time as below

                04th June - 24.78 (3 Times)
                07th July - 24.78 (1 Time)

                Total Amount =99.12 Rs

                Please arrange to revert these charges and credit the deducted amount to my account.

                  I have not received the welcome kit. The blue dart delivery person has delivered my kit somewhere else, I have repeatedly complained to which I am not getting any answer.                   Dear sir/madam,

                  I am a customer of kotak mahindra bank and I have taken loan also.last month June 22 there was a delay in emi payment which I have paid in same month. In July 22 I received some amount from my previous employer. The moment amount has hit into the account kotak bank has hold 30000 against the June month late emi repayment which is 2516 rs. When I made a complaint I got to know it will take 5 working days to release the balance amount although they have deducted their last month late charges along with current month EMI.
                  Why bank has hold the amount on which they have no.right.

                  Please help.

                    I am a customer of kotak mahindra bank.i have taken a personal loan also there was some delay happen in paying emi on time but I have paid on same month.this month July 22 I received some amount from my previous employer the moment has hit in my account bank has hold 30000 rs against the previous emi delay charges which 2516 rs. Which have deducted also after 2 days along with the current month EMI and rest 16961 rs is still on hold for 5 working days that to without any interest.is it right to hold excess amount on which bank has no right.

                      For the past few months I am unable to pay the EMI in time due to financial crisis.

                      I need some time for clearing the dues and I request you to please postpone my EMI dues for the next six months.

                      It is very painful to get the threatening calls from collection department which lead me in depression stage.

                      Hence urging you to look my matter on an urgent basis.

                      Since financial crisis has arrived suddenly and wont be able to pay at this moment so request you to kindly look my matter from humanity ground.

                      Please postpone my EMI payments post six months so that in the meantime I can settle and come out from my financial crisis.

                      Hope to get cooperation from your end and resolve my matter asap.

                        I got a call from Kotak Mahindra Bank and they tell me we are providing the credit card without any chargeable fee you do not pay any any other annual fee or any other amount for this card so when they said this point so I said yes I am okay with it then they deliver me the credit card after sometime they deduct the amount from my account for the credit card charges which is 590 rupees so why you providing in the fake information for increase the selling of credit card this is wrong how can you do these wrong things with your valuable customer please provide me the right solution and refund of my amount this is very wrong to do with me. And money doesn't grow on any tree, if money is a big thing for you then money is a big thing for the customer too.

                                  Are you fed up with fast life ? So visit Kotak bank. You feel relaxed as they take minimum 10 days for account opening.

                                  When there was no technology around PSU banks used to open account in one hour flat .

                                  When size grows so grows the fat and ultimately to be hospitalised. I heard their top team wants bonuses for this relaxed functioning. Great 3 cheers.
