[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — worst customer service - deducting money for insurance without customer's consent | |
I opened a zero balance account in kotak mahindra bank. As soon as i deposited some money in the account, they have deducted 1216 rupees for kotak group secure one insurance. No notification had been sent out before or after deduction. I had written mail to customer care through net banking but my request was rejected without any resolution provided. I don't want any insurance and want my money back Was this information helpful? | |
