Sir i have withdrawn inr 2000 from pnb atm yesterday, it waited for 40-50 minutes and then transaction failed, then i visit the next boi atm atm withdrawal the amount successfully. After 20-30 minutes i received message ofr amount drawn from pnb
Cash withdrawal of rs.2000 made on kotak debit card xx6726 on[protected]:24:59 at 8758. Combined balance in a/c xx6074..

    I would like to make you noticed that i have received call after 7:30pm, when i asked your advisor to callback tomorrow business hours than he became rude & hangup the call & immediately send sms & email about rejection of requirement without any reason.

    It’s very disappointment that kotak bank is hiring these kind o[censored]nprofessional employees those who don’t have ethics & manners to speak with customers.

    Above mentioned instance happened couple of times. Only reason i have a/c with kotak till coz my emi to hdfc bank to going from my kotak a/c. I don’t want to get in hassle to change the a/c. Once i will done with my hdfc loan i will definitely close the a/c.

    Also i would like to share my experience with navpada branch, one of the staff was cery rude with elderly customer came to update aadhar card.

    Past experience with customer service was also very pathetic & very disappointed, with no resolution.

      This is worst bank for indians. Kotak bank is worst at it's services. They have charged me anonymously 12900. They did not even explained why they debited 12900 from account even after 6 months. This is the worst bank in india. Do not trust this bank. Kotak has stolen my 12900 from my credit card and not giving bank. They are not explaining the reason to deduct from my account. It has been six months and no response from them. They have worst customer services. They call only when we need to pay credit card bills. Otherwise they do not respond to any emails or calls or complaints.

        Hello,

        I am requesting for the bank statement from last one month in mobile app. It is showing as the request is submitted, but am not getting any mail regarding that.
        It is very urgent for me to get the bank statement a lot of procedures are pending just because of bank statement. I tried to contact the bank but number is getting busy all the time. I am very disappointed about this service.

        So please check it n do the needful asap.

            Tried to take out some cash from pnb atm at dharamtalla road, the atm showed a timed out transaction still money got deducted from the two attempts i made at the atm for withdrawal of cash. My crn is[protected]
            Please look into the matter soon.
            Pnb is also requested to install slips which are always unavailable in the atm.
            The deductiom msg showed up after half hour of moving from the place...

                  My name is paramvir singh. I am a 811 savings account holder in kotak mahindra bank. My account number is [protected]. There is a concern regarding my bank account as my account got blocked by bank without any notification, so when i inquired about the issue from nearest branch they told me its because of some address proof related issue. So i called customer care and there i came to know that i should send my address proof to [protected]@kotak.com in order to reactivate my account. So i did the same but didn't got any revert from bank then i again called the customer care but my issue is not resolved till now. My money got stuck in that account and they are not providing any way out for this. I am unable to withdraw my own money. I am in a big financial problem right now so i urgently need that money. Please look into this matter on priority.

                    deducting charges without my knowledge

                    Hi team, i am being charged inr 885 for my debit card in my account without my knowledge for the past few years. It is deducted silently without any kind of notification on email or on my mobile number. I was also never notified of the hefty charge when i signed up or in between otherwise me or no one will ever pay 900 for just a debit card when it is free for any bank in india. This is not good practice. Please stop any further deductions...

                    The payment for my car emi has been received by bank on 5 january 2018, and again on the same day they have tried charging my bank and bounced my cheque as insufficient balance. I've contacted call centre they told, i will receive a call, till now i have not received any call.

                    This severely effects my cbill and i've no idea what to do.

                    From the 1st month of the emi they have charged me bounce charges, saying the signature mismatch (So the auto debit option was not set on my emi) and suddenly they have set the auto debit and charged my account again.

                    I was informed that the auto debit option was not activated on my account and hence from may, i was paying my emi manually every month, though i was paying, they have bounced my cheques every month and charged me bounce charges.

                    I request some one to help me.

                      This is venkataramana ippili and have credit card with card number 4166 * * 4661. Recently i have paid credit card bill for feb-2018 but they are showing auto debit failure fee 500 rupees with gst 90 rupees. But i paid the bill on same date. Why they are charging these fees and i don't want to maintain balance in kotak a/c because i have multiple other bank accounts. How can i make a complaint against this issue to higher authority regarding this issue and how can i make it revert the auto debit fees back.

                      This kotak bank services are very worst and not helpful for any customers
                      I think this is the worst number bank service in the world and it will also be a another satyam mahindra scam.

                      Waste banking system moving forward customers realise regarding this bank worst services they will quit this bank then this bank people will be changed as beggars because one will trust them

                        When kotak mahindra bank executive visited my office, they forced me to open the account and i was told that account is zero balance account. Need not maintain any minimum balance. And told i would be getting movie ticket through email as introductory offer. On waiting i didnt get tickets too. And later realized that i am charged fot non maintenance of amb. I had rs 40, even that is deducted from my account. Since then i didnt put any money to my account. I fell i am cheated by kotak mahindra bank executive. And
                        Today i visited basaveshwar nagar (Bangalore) to close my account. I was told that they cant take the request and i have to go to the branch where my account belongs. Why my request is not taken?. Any why rs 40 is deducted?

                        As per the below rbi guideline one must be informed about the minimum balance requirement.

                          worst customer service - deducting money for insurance without customer's consent

                          I opened a zero balance account in kotak mahindra bank. As soon as i deposited some money in the account, they have deducted 1216 rupees for kotak group secure one insurance. No notification had been sent out before or after deduction. I had written mail to customer care through net banking but my request was rejected without any resolution provided. I don't want any insurance and want my money back...

                          Kindly let me know the status on my loan application. In my call history there were 3 numbers related to kotak on which no one is responding. I have submitted my all documents along with blank cheque. Before taking cheques they told loan is approved and I will get email.

                            Customer support number for Kotak Mahindra bank is not free. They charge around 1 rupee per minute.
                            Having said that, when i made call, it took 2-3 minutes to reach customer care executive.

                            Since all of them are busy, i had to wait for total of 10 minutes and no one attended the call. Overall charged 10 Rs for nothing.

                            This is looting. Customer Care is provided for a reason. Customers call only if they have a problem, and charging for IVR is not at all reasonable.

                              Dear mr. Kotak

                              This is to bring it to your notice about the fraudulent activities being conducted by your credit card division in delhi. I have been maintaining a good banking relation with your organisation from last several years. However i received a call from your credit card division offering me a the card and when i told them i am not interested in your card, as you have a joining fee along with the annual charge and a minimum spend condition, your executive told me that me being a priority banking customer they are offering me this card without joining fee and no annual charge and without any minimum spend limit condition. Your executive visited my house the next day to get the form signed and take id proof. While signing the form i categorically told him that the forms has columns regarding the charges where as he assured me that there are different types of cards available with them and me being a priority customer they are offering me this card free of charge with no joining fee, no annual charge and no minimum spend condition (I told him categorically that i refused your card offer 7 years ago because of this charge and also waiver of charge on minimum spend condition, which he assured of that my card is being issued free of charge with no conditions attached. I received the following email on 30th january 2018 with the card holder agreement and on going through the agreement i realised that i have been cheated by your executive as he had lied to me regarding offering the card with charges and no conditions, however as the agreement had multiple card option i decided to wait till i receive the card before taking it up with your organisation.

                              I have received the card on 2nd february through courier service and realised that i have been issued kotak privy league visa signature card which caries inr5000 joining, inr 5000 as annual charge and with conditional waiver to spend 7.5lakhs. I surprised to see such fraudulent activity by kotak executive as my experience with your bank had been very positive in the past as your organisation uses all safeguards and plugs all sorts of loop holes in your dealing with customers.

                              Hence i decided to write to you regarding the fraud conducted by your credit card executive who for such a petty gain of probably achieving there targets have succumbed to the pressure and have started indulging in the criminal activities, which are bringing a bad name to kotak mahindra bank.

                              I would appreciate if you could direct your credit credit card divison to cancel the card issued to me and reverse the charges applicable on the same as i refuse to accept the card sold to me fraudulently.in anticipation of doing the needful to reverse this fraudulent act as soon as possible.

                                My husband and i were given two gift cards from our common employer (Ernst and young) at the time of our wedding. I tried to use them but transaction was declined on both. Soon after i left the country. I came back and called the customer care. They days the card it fit to use. I tried using the card again, and again transaction declined. I called them again, same response.. Everything is okay. When i refused to hang up then they printed further and realized the card is blocked for swiping. Since then, it's been more than two weeks and they raise a ticket number saying they will call back and haven't called a single time. I went to two different branches, they also refused to help stating it is a customer care issue. Customer care days go to the bank. I even wrote an email to them.. Guess what.. They raised another ticket. The card expires in a month. I have 10000 rupees stuck. They're saying return the card to the employer. My husband and i don't work there anymore. This is such a nonsense situation. Can anyone please help.

                                  Your timeline is 21 day and see today date its 9/02/2018 and still my application is beind processed .. what are you doing.. its my fault to open account in kotak mahindra bank.. its big mistake of my life...no one can take customer responsibility...very wrost bank... Hey people don't open account

                                    reference to above loan bringing to yours kind
                                    Attention
                                    of the following things.
                                    1. I had applied for personal loan of rs 10,
                                    00, 000.00.
                                    2. The loan sanctioned for rs 10,
                                    00, 000.00+.
                                    3. The cleared amount altogether is less by rs
                                    26, 000.00+.
                                    4. After 4 months i approached bangalore mg road
                                    customer care centre and got the contact numbers of
                                    Branch
                                    manager leena madam.
                                    5. On telephonic conversations she assured me
                                    that my claim will be cleared soon and she given the
                                    Mobile
                                    number of mr chatten.
                                    on explaining him, he also given assurance that
                                    the balance amount will be cleared.

                                    during the loan processing / sanctioning
                                    process
                                    1. The verification of documents
                                    personally/mail/telephone no one is done.
                                    2. The amount deducted i comes to know the
                                    amount sanction and credited was difference.
                                    3. I contacted the customer care and raised
                                    the concern, the reply is that it will be retrieved
                                    Back the
                                    money but up to now not happened.
                                    4. The loan after sanction i required to
                                    intimate by mail/ post but it not happened since
                                    purposefully they mentioned the wrong postal
                                    address.


                                    5. During my application itself, i given my
                                    address proof and e mail address.

                                    the above facts shows that, the deduction of
                                    rs 26, 000.00 + done will fully done for the personal
                                    benefit/ interest of some intermittent persons interest

                                    i am not ready for the offer of paying about 2.6% of

                                    money as insurance since it is a huge amount. If

                                    am not interested for this loan and i am not signed

                                    before clearing the loan confirmation on the
                                    terms and conditions of the loans as well as loan
                                    commercials to be intimated and taken on mail.

                                    suitable orders to the concern to get the balance
                                    sanction money back or adjusted to the balance to be
