deducting charges without my knowledge

Hi team, i am being charged inr 885 for my debit card in my account without my knowledge for the past few years. It is deducted silently without any kind of notification on email or on my mobile number. I was also never notified of the hefty charge when i signed up or in between otherwise me or no one will ever pay 900 for just a debit card when it is free for any bank in india. This is not good practice. Please stop any further deductions...

The payment for my car emi has been received by bank on 5 january 2018, and again on the same day they have tried charging my bank and bounced my cheque as insufficient balance. I've contacted call centre they told, i will receive a call, till now i have not received any call.

This severely effects my cbill and i've no idea what to do.

From the 1st month of the emi they have charged me bounce charges, saying the signature mismatch (So the auto debit option was not set on my emi) and suddenly they have set the auto debit and charged my account again.

I was informed that the auto debit option was not activated on my account and hence from may, i was paying my emi manually every month, though i was paying, they have bounced my cheques every month and charged me bounce charges.

I request some one to help me.

I opened a A/C in Kotak Mahindra Bank . But I left my documents in West Bengal & now I am in Delhi, So It is not possible to Verify Aadhar Details. I want to close the A/C . My A/C number is [protected] . Please close the A/C.

    This is venkataramana ippili and have credit card with card number 4166 * * 4661. Recently i have paid credit card bill for feb-2018 but they are showing auto debit failure fee 500 rupees with gst 90 rupees. But i paid the bill on same date. Why they are charging these fees and i don't want to maintain balance in kotak a/c because i have multiple other bank accounts. How can i make a complaint against this issue to higher authority regarding this issue and how can i make it revert the auto debit fees back.

    This kotak bank services are very worst and not helpful for any customers
    I think this is the worst number bank service in the world and it will also be a another satyam mahindra scam.

    Waste banking system moving forward customers realise regarding this bank worst services they will quit this bank then this bank people will be changed as beggars because one will trust them

    Useless service provider for banking coming days no one will trust this bank even if it is world largest bank.

      Hi sir,
      When kotak mahindra bank executive visited my office, they forced me to open the account and i was told that account is zero balance account. Need not maintain any minimum balance. And told i would be getting movie ticket through email as introductory offer. On waiting i didnt get tickets too. And later realized that i am charged fot non maintenance of amb. I had rs 40, even that is deducted from my account. Since then i didnt put any money to my account. I fell i am cheated by kotak mahindra bank executive. And
      Today i visited basaveshwar nagar (Bangalore) to close my account. I was told that they cant take the request and i have to go to the branch where my account belongs. Why my request is not taken?. Any why rs 40 is deducted?

      As per the below rbi guideline one must be informed about the minimum balance requirement.

        worst customer service - deducting money for insurance without customer's consent

        I opened a zero balance account in kotak mahindra bank. As soon as i deposited some money in the account, they have deducted 1216 rupees for kotak group secure one insurance. No notification had been sent out before or after deduction. I had written mail to customer care through net banking but my request was rejected without any resolution provided. I don't want any insurance and want my money back...

        Kindly let me know the status on my loan application. In my call history there were 3 numbers related to kotak on which no one is responding. I have submitted my all documents along with blank cheque. Before taking cheques they told loan is approved and I will get email.

          Customer support number for Kotak Mahindra bank is not free. They charge around 1 rupee per minute.
          Having said that, when i made call, it took 2-3 minutes to reach customer care executive.

          Since all of them are busy, i had to wait for total of 10 minutes and no one attended the call. Overall charged 10 Rs for nothing.

          This is looting. Customer Care is provided for a reason. Customers call only if they have a problem, and charging for IVR is not at all reasonable.

            Dear mr. Kotak

            This is to bring it to your notice about the fraudulent activities being conducted by your credit card division in delhi. I have been maintaining a good banking relation with your organisation from last several years. However i received a call from your credit card division offering me a the card and when i told them i am not interested in your card, as you have a joining fee along with the annual charge and a minimum spend condition, your executive told me that me being a priority banking customer they are offering me this card without joining fee and no annual charge and without any minimum spend limit condition. Your executive visited my house the next day to get the form signed and take id proof. While signing the form i categorically told him that the forms has columns regarding the charges where as he assured me that there are different types of cards available with them and me being a priority customer they are offering me this card free of charge with no joining fee, no annual charge and no minimum spend condition (I told him categorically that i refused your card offer 7 years ago because of this charge and also waiver of charge on minimum spend condition, which he assured of that my card is being issued free of charge with no conditions attached. I received the following email on 30th january 2018 with the card holder agreement and on going through the agreement i realised that i have been cheated by your executive as he had lied to me regarding offering the card with charges and no conditions, however as the agreement had multiple card option i decided to wait till i receive the card before taking it up with your organisation.

            I have received the card on 2nd february through courier service and realised that i have been issued kotak privy league visa signature card which caries inr5000 joining, inr 5000 as annual charge and with conditional waiver to spend 7.5lakhs. I surprised to see such fraudulent activity by kotak executive as my experience with your bank had been very positive in the past as your organisation uses all safeguards and plugs all sorts of loop holes in your dealing with customers.

            Hence i decided to write to you regarding the fraud conducted by your credit card executive who for such a petty gain of probably achieving there targets have succumbed to the pressure and have started indulging in the criminal activities, which are bringing a bad name to kotak mahindra bank.

            I would appreciate if you could direct your credit credit card divison to cancel the card issued to me and reverse the charges applicable on the same as i refuse to accept the card sold to me fraudulently.in anticipation of doing the needful to reverse this fraudulent act as soon as possible.

              My husband and i were given two gift cards from our common employer (Ernst and young) at the time of our wedding. I tried to use them but transaction was declined on both. Soon after i left the country. I came back and called the customer care. They days the card it fit to use. I tried using the card again, and again transaction declined. I called them again, same response.. Everything is okay. When i refused to hang up then they printed further and realized the card is blocked for swiping. Since then, it's been more than two weeks and they raise a ticket number saying they will call back and haven't called a single time. I went to two different branches, they also refused to help stating it is a customer care issue. Customer care days go to the bank. I even wrote an email to them.. Guess what.. They raised another ticket. The card expires in a month. I have 10000 rupees stuck. They're saying return the card to the employer. My husband and i don't work there anymore. This is such a nonsense situation. Can anyone please help.

                    I opened and online account on the kotak 811 app.
                    The agent told me that it is a 0 balance account.
                    After some days i added 130 rupees in my account and it showed 12 rupees as effective balance and 118 rupees as closing balance.
                    After 2 days 118 rupees also got deducted. And no sms or email was sent to me regarding this debit of money.
                    This is fraud.

                      This happen in last year with kotak bank they have charged wrong ECS amount of RS 19927 approximatly from my account non of bank representives responding for this they have presented ECS more than 28+ times in a month for consumer loan from bajaj and still now they are sending ecs presentarion even after ecs stopped by me. How can they present this many times of ECS in single month Please help me on this

                        Today for upgradation of my kotak 811 account to kotak 811 edge account, I added 9000/- to my kotak 811 account no:[protected] for maintaining min. Balance using my debit card.The transaction was successful (Transaction ID: INV1e2aB2180e) and the money was deducted from my debit card but the same was not credited to my kotak 811 account.I have attached the screenshot of the transaction ID also.Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

                          I am no longer part of my previous company. But still i am getting notifications saying that i need to maintain minimum balance in account. Also i am getting annual charges for credit card for which validity already over.

                          Other banks are having much more user friendly approach to their customers. But here for everything you are putting charges and even for deactivated card.
                          I didnt renew my card and how it is possible to put annual charges.

                            Kotak mahindra bank - i recharged my home tata sky on 24th january, 22:43 pm (1 week ago) with rs. 800 via online debit card transaction, with tatasky transaction id tc[protected], but the transaction failed and the amount got deducted from my kotak account. It has still not be credited back to my account after 1 week. Can you please ensure a refund?

                              Kotak Bank is worst at it's services. They have charged me anonymously 12900. They did not even explained why they debited 12900 from account even after 6 months. This is the worst bank in India. Do not trust this bank. Kotak has stolen my 12900 from my credit card and not giving bank. They are not explaining the reason to deduct from my account. It has been six months and no response from them. They have worst customer services. They call only when we need to pay credit card bills. Otherwise they do not respond to any emails or calls or complaints.

                              Kotak has stolen my 12900 from my credit card and not giving bank. They are not explaining the reason to deduct from my account. It has been six months and no response from them. They have worst customer services. They call only when we need to pay credit card bills.                               Kotak bank has stolen 12900 from my account. They are not providing any details for last six months. Their customer support is terrible. They don't give calls when I have problems. They are calling only to collect credit card bills payments. It is the worst bank in India. Do not trust this fraud bank.                               Kotak bank is not trustworthy. They are stealing money from my accounts and not giving it back. I have complained several times and there is no proper response from them. They support team is worst and not giving any relevant answers to my questions. Kotak Mahindra is a fraud bank. They have stolen 12900 from my account. They are not giving it back. They are not helping with anything. They call me only for money collections. They do not explain anything about my bank transactions that are fraud in my account. They are not taking it seriously. It is the worst bank and should not get enrolled for any accounts in it. Kotak Mahindra bank has stolen 12900 from my account. They are not giving back. There is no explanation from the management. They support team is useless and not providing relevant information. Close this bank immediately. Stop this fraud bank from robbing people.

                                Dear sir,
                                Recently i invested in l&t india value fund (Folio3897286/37 through kotak mahindra bbank (Bank branch code0656). After receiving account statement from fund house i noticed ifsc code wrongly mentioned as kkbk0000958 while correct ifsc code is kkbk0000656.
                                I wrote to fund house, kotak mahindra bank. Both are doing nothing but sleeping over my message. Wrong ifsc code will result in non transfer of funds to my bank account.

                                  I took kotak assured saving plan 2 years ago but i did not read my policy bound.

                                  I do not agree with this policy bond i have been given some worng information which is not according to this nond.

                                  My agent me wrong information and gave the plan and the product to me. I do not agree with it at all it was sold in a wrong and fraud manner.

                                  That is why i want to file a complaint of a fraudulent product with me. The information related to my policy is given below please call me. So request to you why me wrong information. I am kotak bank holder this is my faith disturb i can't saying wrong kotak but kotak reputation disturb.

                                  I deposited Rs 3000 in my Kotak 811 account for the first time using a visa debit card of syndicate bank. The amount is not credited in my account.
                                  My account no. of Kotak 811 is [protected].

                                  The amount was deposited just after the completion of KYC. The KYC complete messages has come on my registered mobile no.
                                  Credit card i have lost 10000 rs from card through a call i request you to take care for following fraud case i already raised a complaint in cyber crime so need you to take initial try to bring my money back...

                                    Ci sumersingh dhansingh rajpurohit having prospsal no : 9762465 and clinet id : 67472761 like to inform you that i had received your gretting letter dated 28/12/2017 in which my name is wrongly printed and also i had not getted any information from your exceutive and also i had asked to pay the premium of rs.25000/- but they had made the policy of rs.50000/-
                                    In this case i like to inform you that i donot want this policy from kotak bank i wanted to get my preimun back in my account.
                                    The executive had never explain any features or any thing in the product. I had given a cheque to the m but they told they will explain the policy and and after that they will deduct the money from my account.
