of the following things.
1. I had applied for personal loan of rs 10,

2. The loan sanctioned for rs 10,

3. The cleared amount altogether is less by rs
26, 000.00+.
4. After 4 months i approached bangalore mg road
customer care centre and got the contact numbers of

manager leena madam.
5. On telephonic conversations she assured me
that my claim will be cleared soon and she given the

number of mr chatten.
on explaining him, he also given assurance that
the balance amount will be cleared.
during the loan processing / sanctioning
process
1. The verification of documents
personally/mail/telephone no one is done.
2. The amount deducted i comes to know the
amount sanction and credited was difference.
3. I contacted the customer care and raised
the concern, the reply is that it will be retrieved
Back the
money but up to now not happened.
4. The loan after sanction i required to
intimate by mail/ post but it not happened since
purposefully they mentioned the wrong postal
address.
5. During my application itself, i given my
address proof and e mail address.
the above facts shows that, the deduction of
rs 26, 000.00 + done will fully done for the personal
benefit/ interest of some intermittent persons interest

money as insurance since it is a huge amount. If

before clearing the loan confirmation on the
terms and conditions of the loans as well as loan
commercials to be intimated and taken on mail.
from the above facts you may issue
suitable orders to the concern to get the balance
sanction money back or adjusted to the balance to be
