[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Worst service and customer care service not responding

Hi Team,

I totally disappointed with Kotak bank service, this bank was cheating CUSTOMERs and taking extra money..!!my problem was on Jul 5th EMI was deducted than original amount..!!
My EMI original amount - 1103rs
Extra charges - 234.75

What the worst it is, why you guys taken extra amount..!! When i am purchasing I seen EMI cost was 1103rs only but again extra charges taking..!! This is totally fraud and ### service..!! Totally worst service..!! Please check and confirm..!!
