I have downloaded your app and opened kotak lite account. It is a zero balance account right... I had requested full kyc. Now your agent called me and told me i have to deposit immediately for kyc.. He was talking very rudely.. I told him that i don't want to deposit right now.. I will do it later.. But he is forcing me on the phone for depositing immediately and told me that he has my pan number and he will blacklist my pan and adhar so that i couldn't be able to open any further bank account in any bank or apply for loan. He was threatening me very badly. What is this? This is your service? Very very poor bank service i have ever seen.
I hope you will take step. Worst experience with kotak bank.
