Dear Sir,

As mentioned above, some unscrupulous element is misusing my identity/Documents to operate under the Account No. XX5005 in one of your Branch. I am in receipt of a transaction alert on my personal email i.d, amounting to Rs. 48, 365.54 (vide Ref No. [protected], dated 18.05.2017).

I must make it abundantly clear here that I Never Ever opened any type of account in your respected Bank, anywhere in India/abroad. On a few occasions earlier too, I did receive such emails from the said account No., but had no idea what to do.

Now, I am bringing the same to your kind notice to have a thorough investigation in the matter to avoid any kind of fraudulent/illegal transactions, which might otherwise result in damaging your Bank Image or my credibility.

Please look into the matter with utmost priority.

      Got abusive phone calls from the number [protected] claiming themselves to be kotak mahindra bank's representatives. They used unutterable slangs and demanded money against some credit card. I never ever had any connection with kotak mahindra bank. If there was a connection then also these type of calls are much harmful for the society. Instead of taking legal steps they can't call and abuse people. This is very harmful for the morality of the whole nation. I request to stop this malpractice. Contacted Kotak, they are not responding.

        I have very pathetic experience with Kotak. I will ask friend not to open account in Kotak. Matter is that I had IRCTC transaction but ticket was not done on 14th may 2017 on the name of Shoeb Ahmad, however ticket was not done and amount is debited Rs 2796.72 on 14/05/2017 (12:16:26) at [protected]
        Please check with IRCTC and refund my amount with in 24 hours. Otherwise I will go to the consumer court. I have worst, dump and pathetic services from your customer care twice.

          Fraudulent transactions of rs 40000 done from my account (debit card). I got first message of rs 10000 withdrawal and immediately i called up customer care to check how is it possible since i am nt using it. it took me 2-3 mins to talk to customer care executive and getting the card blocked. The executive told that the transaction is taking place at some atm far from where i am right now. While i was talking to him, 3 more transactions were being made consecutively during the call. Please look into the case as it is a serious issue concerning our banking account security. Awaiting a quick and positive response.

            I have been receiving calls from Hyderabad Somajiguda Kotak Mahindra bank collection agents, stating that my husband had a loan with ABN Amro and that they are using abusive language to find him. Despite mentioning that am no more staying with him, they seem to not understand english and speaking anti-woman abusive language liking me with several men. They also sent me messages on whatsapp. Am likely to report to police on this issue.
            The caller names Srikanth, Srinivas, Madhu, priyanka etc seem to have absolutely no ethics of calling. They call late evenings and my office land lines and also speaking to other colleagues. This is really tarnishing my image.
            when am not the said defaulter, why on earth should i listen to this? i have also mailed to RBI Ombudsman and no reply from them as well. Am not sure how can this be such a insensitive issue. Is this the way we speak to our country women? The numbers they have been calling from are

            Am adding the below attachment of conversation with Ms Madhu . She was tormenting to make payment just because i was a reference on the loan application. I asked her to go ahead and send me the legal documents, but she replied in a abusive way in Telugu language. Please see the whataspp screenshot.

            The meaning of this is to ask me that i need several men. I cant believe a woman speaking this to another woman.
            Post this whatsapp, i again received a call from Manager Srinivas who spoke even further bad language.
            I would want to file FIR on these two people

              I have submitted application for account closure of my Kotak account. Application is accepted and account is blocked.

              But, Still account is not closed. I visited the branch several times.

                Dear sir,

                Since last one and half years i have been receiving mail & sms on my personal mail and mobile no to pay the dues emi of vehicle loan and also confirmation mail of received the funds of emi.

                In beginning we thought it might be a mistake during filling the loan application/ forms or sent by mistake to me.

                I replied on 3rd mail of reminder on emi.
                We clarified in mail that we are not right person for such communication.

                We also cleared in mail that we have never taken any loan from kotak mahindra bank so please check your details and remove my mail i'd and mobile no.

                Sadly no action has been taken from bank besides a single mail, saying "we are looking in to this matter".

                Sad part is that when we called to call center no for complains they said "you should be careful for your personal documents" they also confirmed my previous official address which was given in loan detail.

                How it's possible that someone can take loan in behalf of my documents bank details and official address.

                How kotak mahindra bank can lend the loan without genuine verification and all.

                This is serious concern, my life has become disturbed as my family members has taken it very seriously and lot's o[censored]nwanted debates happens at my home due to this issue.. And still i am being given reminders for emi and etc.

                Please help.

                  Hello,

                  I had a salary account with kotak. Last year since

                  sep 2016 onwards i changed my job and its no more my

                  salary account. However, the only reason I was

                  continuing with this bank was that I had an ECS with

                  this bank. But since september every month when I

                  deposit 6500 for an ECS of 5940, still my ECS gets

                  returned every single month. And they dnt have any

                  proper reason. This month when I went to their

                  branch and asked the reason, that despite of

                  depositing amount why is my ECS getting returned.

                  They told there is Rs 12000 fine incurred which they

                  didn't even bother to inform me once. All my money

                  are lapsed and my credit score affected badly in

                  spite of depositing balance regularly.
                  This is the worst experience and when i complain

                  they simply say to close my account from this bank.

                  They dont even care for customer and its such a risk

                  to have an account with such bank who do not have

                  transparency with their customer about the charges

                  deduction incurred in their account.

                  Aweful Experience...I would never recommend any of

                  my friend to open an account with this bank.

                    My personel Loan account Number 59277970
                    It had mutually discussed and decided the Monthly EME will be deducted from my salary account in ICICI bank Lower parel branch. Frist 4-5 months it had happend. later the amount was deducting eventhough the said amount was in salary account. Finally we called the branch to find out, then they communicated that "Kotak bank some system having some issue". There after they started to come and collect the amount from my husband 's shop in Bhandup.
                    Due to bank's system issues the amount was not deducted and now it is considered as i have not responded on loan recall notice.
                    I can produce my last 3yrs salary satatement to prove that said amount was present in my account in given date

                        I have downloaded your app ‎and opened kotak lite account. It is a zero balance account right... I had requested full kyc. Now your agent called me and told me i have to deposit immediately for kyc.. He was talking very rudely.. I told him that i don't want to deposit right now.. I will do it later.. But he is forcing me on the phone for depositing immediately and told me that he has my pan number and he will blacklist my pan and adhar...

                        The people who are harassing and not resolving the issue and aggravating the whole issue for their "incentives" are Santosh, Srikant Kanwal; Hemant patole; these people sent a "recovery agent" Nitesh Patil on Sunday at 7:00 am who was abusing and shouting. I have lodged a criminal case for the same at Khar police station aswell.
                        These names have been mentioned in all complaints calls and communications of mine to Kotak no action has been taken. I have call recordings of these above mentioned people where they are saying "the account situation is not their concern, they will always call on and post 15th of every month because it affects their incentives". These people are using unethical language and threatening me for incentives. They have stated "that we need money in cash and we accept that it's Kotak's fault but we still need money to stop the recovery it's month end and we have our incentive targets". My family has been constantly harassed and ill treated.

                          I am constantly getting calls from Kotak for recovery of loan bearing no.6115375 taken from CITICORP Finance (India) Limited - which was not even taken by me.

                          I gather the confusion is because of similar name and DOB.

                          However, in spite of explaining the same to Kotak multiple times, sending my KYC to rard.[protected]@kotatk.com (SR # 1-[protected]), no action is taken yet and i still get collection calls from Kotak.

I had requested for credit card but till now your executive not applied and ill submit my account details 3 times.

                            After that my account will be freeze due too initial check after 3 months your branch employees remain about check.

                              Unable to connect customer care

                              I have been trying to connect customer care from last 3 days but in no vain as your system keeps on asking to press xxx numbers but still unable to connect customer care inspite of being charged on every call and that too for very long period which is very frustrating. I wanted to resolve the issue of being charged for non maintenance of a/c. I dont know how to go for it as i m always unable to connect your so called customer service centre....

                              Kotak mahindra bank — personal loan emi not deducted through bank as per the schedule

                              Hello,

                              I have a personal loan with kotak mahindra bank for an amount of 350, 775 inr. My loan number is spln[protected]. My name is : rajasekhar mekala from bangalore.

                              My loan emi was suppose to deduct 10th of every month where the emi started from may 2017 and till next 5yrs. For the month may my emi was not deducted as for the schedule.

                                During account opening I was told that it would be a zero balance account and was forced to open an account as my son already had an existing account. The sales rep informed me that if he maintains his account then this account will have zero balance. I am a 60 year old lady and I get a min pension and once the account was opened I deposited 20000 as fixed deposit and did not use my card for a couple of years. Later I suddenly get a message...

                                Dear Sirs,

                                Apologies for contacting you for a routine matter but due to complaining reasons I am forced to contact you.

                                I need your immediate intervention either to update my FATCA or allow me to close my account. Since 25th April 2017 I am trying to update FATCA but not able to do so.

                                I was in India during April and had numerous interaction with the branch, Mumbai office / relationship manager but no one informed me about the FATCA requirement, when I tried to open the new FD only than I got to know about the FATCA requirement and since than I am in touch with the Bank but with no solution.

                                I request you to kindly allow me transact online as I need the funds on immediate basis or let me know how I can close the account.

                                  User lien charge - average monthly balance

                                  Crn no :[protected]. While opening bank account with kotak mahindra bank, they promised me zero maintenance charge for first year and it has been even mentioned clearly in the application form which they provided to me but I see rs 175 deducted from my bank account for non maintenance of average monthly balance. This looks absurd and they are cheating ....
