Received message from Kotak Credit card dept suddenly reduced credit limit to most of its customers. In doing so they charge extra for over limit. Also started charging their 811 customers which are supposed to be free. Their agents open EDGE account then change to 811 zero balance a/c. These are mean way to make money from customers
