Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd — car loan
I had got my car financed from kotak mahindra prime ltd in may 2013 for 5 years. The loan number is cf 9202085. I have been paying the installments for last one year in cash and your collection executive has been collecting the same from my residence. I have been in financial distress and this was communicated to your representatives as well as to your customer care executives. Though i have been paying still due to financial crisis 5 emi were pending. This was in knowledge of your collection representative and was advised that same would be settled with the last installment in april 2018. However my car was picked up by your recovery agent mr. Sandeep on sunday 18 march 2018 without our consent and was advised to deposit amount of 6 emis (Including march 2018) at your office in sector 125 noida. I met the officer mr. Anwar at the said office and was ready to pay the 6 emi amount in cash but he refused and was very rude and tole me that total foreclosure amount would have to be paid to get the car released. When i asked him to give me the foreclosure letter he refused and he did not even give me the details of ecs bouncing charges and other details. Please note that when your collection agent is collecting cash every month from my residence and being informed of my situation why was not the ecs stopped? I request you to please give the breakdown of foreclosure amount and revere the bouncing charges.
