Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd — Still I have not received the NOC of car loan

I Mrs Prajakta Suresh Utekar had purchased Alto and taken car loan which i have repayed on October 2016 .But still i have not received the NOC whereas I had made a call in customer service also nearly 5months back . They said they will revert back but still waiting for there reply.Very pathetic service from Kotak mahindra prime ltd . Without fail every month i receive call for any loan requirement but not any single call for NOC . My agreement no is CF -7417750, LOAN AMOUNT WAS 264005/-. Now my communication Address is F25, 2/4, Sagar Chs, Sector 10, NXT to Gaondevi Mandir, Airoli, Navimumbai 400708. email ID : [protected]@gmail.com.
