Kun Hyundai Chennai — Not giving the delivery of the Vehicle as promised

I have booked creta vehicle on 10/12/2020 by paying Rs 21000 as per kun hyundai Ambattur sales executive instructions . After several remainders they are not delivering the vehicle.im fed up with their approach.
