My complaint no 1084587 and 1094570 closed without any action. My mattress has become unusable due to depression in the middle portion. I am ready to pay the charges applicable. But your representative is giving only false assurance without any action.

I ordered 78*48 size mattress through one of the nearest vendor and received the same on yesterday. but due to unfit to cot, i would like to place replace request to get 76*46 size. Vendor is not accepting for replacement. Can you please take this as priority
