I purchased a kurl-on mattress (Eden make) from evoke store kirti nagar.
1. The mattress had defect (Having a knot inside) and was replaced
2. Second mattress sagged a lot and was again replaced.
3. Now the third mattress has also sagged and we have highly undulated surface making it very uncomfortable to use.
Kindly replace and provide a well tested piece.

We have purchased Kurl on mattress in November 2015 from a dealer in Gurgaon. But just in 4month of time the coir on the top surface of the mattress started coming out. Also at some places the coir got accumulated and have formed a hard stoned structure.thus became very uncomfortable to sit.

Deshaped Mattresses

Hi ...had purchased these mattress nine years ago and they have deshaped. Both the Mattress has the sticker talking about ACD technology and the comfort offering but the claims are false. APSARA brand Request to replace the asap.
