Kurl-On — Sagging of mattress

I had ordered Kurlon Rutile 5 inch King Coir Mattress 75 inch from Flipkart. The mattress started sagging within 10 days. When contacted with Flipkart, they said that the mattress cant be replaced. Later When I contacted Kurl-On they asked me to send the photos of mattress via watsapp number. [protected]. I had sent them the photos on 9th April. It is 22nd April and still I didnot get any response from them either on wats app or phone or mail.

I am getting back pain due to sagging of mattress. Please address the issue ASAP.

When I was trying to upload the pictures The page was not letting me upload.
