I have purchased a Angelica Model mattresses Size 72X78X8 on 14.11.2015 from Foam House, Ambikapur Chhattisgarh, Approx after 6 month the mattress depressed in center and left side abnormally. Hence I reported it to the customer care Number [protected] on 30.08.2016 and complaint No. given 1534606 by the customer care. I bought Kurl-on spine care mattress five months back from your authorised agent in the Bangalore paying 39, 000. He was stating that I will be relieved from back pain.
But today my back pain is aggravated and it is becoming difficult to walk.
please organise your experts to check the mattress and do the needful
