I bought a high end kutchina chimney in sept’2019. The company is supposed to provide 3 free services for the next one year. Please note the company does not volunteer the service during the period at intervals (Which it should) instead you have to call and book a service.
I booked a service on march’2020. The company failed to send a representative. I excused them due to the pandemic situation.
I booked a service again in august’2020, after 10 days of waiting for the service-person to turn up, i called them again, and was assured that they will send someone immediately. Again they failed. So after another 10 days of waiting after i have given them a 3rd chance to respond, i have been forced to raise the complaint in this forum.
On 19th sept’2020, the one year free service period ends. My machine has not been serviced even once after installation, in the whole ensuing year.
I abstained from servicing the machine from outside the company, as the machine is under warranty period.
