[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — amc service | |||
I have entered into annual service contract on 08.05.2017 for 12 months Paying rs.1000/- vide money receipt no-10570 dt.08.05.2017 with life line appliances, 140/4, james long sarani, kolkata-700008. As per terms of contract, company is supposed to provide four services in a year w. E. C 08.05.2017 to 08.05.2017. Accordingly, i contacted them on 08.08.2017 for service. They said representative will come to me within 10 days and refused to provide me docket number when asked for. Nobody came within 10 days. I again reminded them on 19.08.2017. They again said representative will attend within 3/4 days. Unfortunately nobody came till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
