[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — AMC service not done after repetitive request | |||
Myself Ankit Paul from Thakurpukur, Srijoni, Kolkata 700104.I have purchased a kutchina Chimney from life Line Appliances on 11/02/2019.I have done my AMC on 17/03/2021.As per the contract no technician visited for the AMC service till today .However, I requested a service call to your customer care number several times, every time the staff attended the call behaved very unprofessional and they were gossiping and giggling over the call.Whenever I call the service they assure me that the reminder will be provided to the local service provider, but till date no service person contacted till today. It is very unfair to know how a well known company is looting their valuable customer in the name of brand. Today when I call the service centre for the AMC service the staff member said its not possible to send someone for the service. Kindly look into the matter ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
