[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Bad / Incomplete service | |||
I am using Kutchina Stanza autoclean model which was purchased from MYYRIAD. I have taken paid service (including motor clean @ Rs. 550/-) from service center of MYYRIAD in June. After 2 months of service we noticed that oil is not getting collected in the tray also oil is dropping. I complaint the same to the same service center. One technician from the service center visited my chimney and told that last service was not proper and due to which oil is dropping. Now complete motor service is required. He asked for money to do service. I told repeatedly to the service center that I paid the service charges but service was BAD and due to which I am facing problem. The service center is now not taking any interest to resolve this problem free of cost. I am highly dissatisfied with service quality from Kutchina.
