I just bought built in oven 25 days ago. Dealer told me that demo guy will come and guide us about product. After few days some guy called from vadodara, gujarat and told us he will come. But not told any particular time.in the evening he came without informing us and he was in rush. He started arguing with members of family. Why owner is not here and he was very rude. And he left. Now since last two week no one is coming. It’s like we bought a product of wrong brand? Is it your after sale service? You people recruited such useless fellows? Who doesn’t have sense to talk?
If you want to increase sale of your products then you should provide quality service. Else no one will buy your product.
It’s really bad experience. My number is [protected] and registered number with the product is [protected]. Short out our issue. If you can’t then take back your product and refund us. Cause till now it’s useless for us.
