Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Chimney Glass Replacement done done till yet

After continuous follow up on 27th April, 2023 kutchina representative came and took 4000 thousand ruppes in advance for glass replacement and it has been nearly 1 month still no one came for replacement. Attached money advance recepit that has been taken in advance. Please look into the matter asap.
