[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — company not replacing newly bought manufacturing defect product | |||
Dear sir/madam, Bought a kutchina product (Vetra), on 6th july 2019, after instalation the chimney was not working, we complained again and again but they didnot replace the product though it has manufacturing defect. One service man came to our home and wanted to change the new motor (Defective) with old repaired motor then we refused to do the changes because our objection is if we pay the 1st hand product price why should we take the old one with new product price. After all it is the manufacturing defect and from day one it is not working properly. So our appeal is that company should replace the product??
