[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Failed to attend third free service | |||||
Dear Sir. I am Dr. Tapati Chakravarti. I purchased Kutchina Chimney, Machine Code No.[protected], on 16.12.2015 and installed on 16.12.2015. My warranty card/ free service coupon is 65353336. I have been requesting repeatedly since November, 2016 to provide third free service, as promised by the company in writing, for the aforesaid machine over phone No. [protected] which is given in the first page of warranty card for calling for free service. But, the said Service Centre has not extended service in spite its commitment to do so. pls. take necessary action on my complaint. Tapati Chakravarti.
