I seek help from your complaints forum, for your intervention, to resolve the bottleneck at the earliest.
The complainant has undergone a a. M. C. For service and maintenance of a kutchina ss vogue modelled kitchen chimney with sriram's appliances thru its branch at madhyamgram (Bankim pally, madhyamgram, kolkata - 700129) dt[protected].
In 3rd week of feb 2018, on observing slow speed in phone motor, sent sos thru phone. One mechanic came on 25.02.2018 and after checking taken away 2 fan motors informing us that the motors would be repaired and be refitted after 4/5 days.
But even till today (07.05.2018) after elapse of 74 days, theres no response from them.
Further, their registered ph thru which contacted till 25.02.'18 are not operative now. I don't know what to do.
Through your forum, i request to make contact to sriram's appliances vis-a-vis kutchina/bajoria to do the needful.
Otherwise, the undersigned will be forced to seek help from 3rd party for the loss (Forced inhalation of smoke, blackening of the kitchen-room, causing life threatening hazards) only due to sriram's appliances callousness. The u/s will be forced to claim financial loss related to the hazards and pollution caused damages in monetary equivalence including the psychological disturbance caused due to the unworldly breach of contract.
