[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — kitchen chimney damaged done by servicing technician | |
At the time of servicing one lamp was broken by the technician and left. When I raised this issue, no action was taken against my complain. This is very unfortunate that you are sending such unfaithful and low graded technician for servicing. I'm requesting you to give a proper solution for this issue. I bought the Kutchina chimney for their good servicing only but my experience is really very bitter. I raised one complaint through customer care calling but the ticket was closed without any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |
