I've bought kutchina elizza chimney about 2 months back in hyderabad assuming i'd be happy with my choice. But nobody has turned up or even called to address the complaint even after multiple calls to customer care. For a new customer with just 2 months of buying experience if i'm facing this issue, i shudder to think about the service quality a few years down the line.
