A service request has been made thru' customer care (Docket no.[protected] dated[protected] thru' customer care executive ms. Swati) again a reminder call was made on[protected] to ms. Chitra. During both the telecons both the executives assured a response from technician within 72 hours. Most regretfully place on record that i have not received any call till date from mumbai service center (Apparently defunct) and this 8th september 12-month warranty will expire, absolutely poor response in comparison with multinational competitors.
