Dear sir,
Most respectfully i am informing you that i have purchased a kuchina chimney on 5/8/2016. As per condition, you give us three free services. I have got two free services but third free service i have informed for docket on 8/8/17. But service center jayram enterprise of 5, d. N. Chatterjee street, belghoria, kol-6, they refused to give third free service due to i have informed after one year and also pressure us for contact amc or service charge for third service.in this connection, i am informing you that last few days i am busy for my nearest person sad demise. Now my question only for four days delayed of my booking why i will not get free service? Is it your provide goodwill for business? Hope your cooperation and take necessary action.
