I have purchased a smartly dlc 75 from your agent goutam petra on 30.08.2018. The same has been delivered with out alluminium pipe to my residence on 30th september 2018 after a span more or less one month. No tax invoice is received till today. The service before sales is very bad and after sales may be questionable. My phone number is [protected]. Now the company is stating that aluminium pipe is not available at their store.
