Dear sir, I have amc service from 12.03.2019 to 11.03.2020 at c & rc associates I have booked a service log for my chimney not working properly on 1st week of jun, 2019. Technician came and opened the right side motor and carried with him for service. Till now they are not given the motor. No date confirmation. This is very strange, they are taking more than one month to give a service. When i called them, roughly feedback. Finally i have decided, we will not continue with thus type of service. My Kutchina RO water filter is not working from last 5 days. Already I have booked the complain using the toll free number [protected] on 25/Jun/19. But no service person attend me till date. This is really disappointing.
