[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — kutchina vogue ss kitchen chimney | |||||
I purchased kutchina kitchen chimney (Vogue ss) in 01.04.2014. I renewed service with amc and my chimney motor warranty was 9 years. Now my kitchen chimney don't work properly and called service mechanic they told me that your kitchen chimney motor was damaged and it will be replaced. Then they came and replace with old used repair motor. I was surprised and told him to replace with new one. He replied no new motor will be replaced. I asked him that when your tv damage the company repair the circuit board or replace with new one. He was silent. He didn't answer me with proper solution. This is my story. So friends don't buy any kutchina product, they're cheating the innocent customer. So be careful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
