I bought the water purifier on 2019. I Did AMC from BAJORIA ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD, HOWRAH SERVICE CENTRE from which its tenure is 3 years .amc start from 6th March 2021. but unfortunately my machine is not working from 16th September 2021.I was docket on that date docket number [protected] but which was not attended by them Nothing more was done. After that 24 th October a message came from Kutchina Amc Service Number AGR[protected] will attended on 23.11.2021. Do we want such support from a company like Kutchina? Secondly a sensitive issue like water. Do we deserve such inhuman support from such reputed company?
