[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — No response from Kutchina since a month for servicing | |
I have logged a service request on 21st of May 2021 and I got my docker request number on 6th of June 2021. I am having AMC for my water purifier and in the last one month my water purifier is not working at all. I did multiple follow up over email and through WhatsApp number to get a service. I got the docker number as well but there was no further action being taken in the last 1 month. All I heard from them only excuses about due to this pandemic situation, the service will be delayed. I would like to know how long it is going to take to provide a support when a purified water is essential to stay fit and healthy. Was this information helpful? | |
