description-I have done maintenance service contract with zenith appliances(74/A, incinator rd, dum dum cantt., kol-28, phone number[protected],[protected].This month they have completed their 10th service out of 12 services. after 10 days of the service i found that the oil suction is not working.Due to lack of servicemen they are not sending anyone.I am disappointed with their services.The cooking can't be possible.Please, kindly look into this matter and sort out.
Desirable resolution - repair and change of damaged parts as soon as possible
