[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — problem in suction | |||
Dear sir, We are using the kuchina smart tac from last 3 years. We did the amc in regular basis. From our last service we observed leakage of oil from suction pipe, which we have informed the service person. But he said that is not his part and we need to communicate service center. We also communicate with kalyani branch. One senior person visited but problem remain same. My question: if same thing happening why should we go for amc every year. Is the suction pipe is excluded from amc. Then who will take care of it? Should we go for outsources it. We are with kuchina for his excellence of service not for the negligence.
