[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Refund for an advance paid against TRENDO 75 premium | |||
I would like to let you know my utter dissatisfaction towards Kutchina appliances because on 15th of Aug 2021 I went to select a kitchen chimney at M/S UNIQUE KITCHEN APPLIANCES NUNGI BUDGE BUDGE TRUNK ROAD.over there the receptionist showed us the model and told us the price then we told her that we will come back the very next day.The next day I went there to give her a booking amount and she told us that 5k is the booking amount and I was shocked because previous day only she told me 500 rupees also accepted for booking.After knowing which I thought thatbI am getting fooled then she made a concall with her manager and his communication was exactly "KUTCHINA sells SECOND SCRAP PRODUCT AT A LOWER PRICE"just for a sell he told me a negative statement about a company with which he is dealing with now I wanted my advance back but M/S UNIQUE KITCHEN APPLIANCES is telling me that its non refundable.My request to you that kindly look into the matter so that I can get my advance back because right now I dont have a requirement because of personal reason.If I dont get my money back I will be forced to escalate this entire matter to the higher authorities about how a customer gets fooled at a KUTCHINA dealer.
