[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — rude behaviour and non-cooperation by service centre at chandannagar, hooghly | |||
This is dr. Bhaskar bagchi from chandannagar, hooghly. I am using kuchina sleek model. Date of purchase is 20.08.2012. The machine is not under any sort of annual maintenance contract. Recently one motor of the chimney is not working and due to this reason i had visited s & p kitchen and home appliances pvt. Ltd, chandannagar on 31.01.2018, from whom i had bought the said chimney. But, unfortunately i had a bitter and horrible experience out there. The person who was there in the office asked me talk over telephone with a person who introduced himself as service manager of the same concern at kon nagar office. That service manager was outrageous and too rude to me and asked clarification from me that why the machine is not under amc. Then he asked me to bring the faulty motor to kon nagar office where they will repair it and they will not come to my home to open the motor. This behaviour is totally unexpected from your officials as kuchina bears a goodwill in the market for its product services. Hope that you will take over the issue and act accordingly.
