Dear sir/madam I bought a chimney of your esteemed model kutchina vogue ss nearly about 4 months ago. My customer id is 10213529. I have not received any free service still now as proposed though i applied for a service request through the no. Provided last week. They promised for service within 72 hours but no service still now. Please look into the matter and i hope you will do your best for the sake of customer satisfaction.
