[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Unethical behaviour of employees | |||||
The employees do not honor the annual maintenance contract signed with them. They take the whole money in advance and then keep the service dates pending for months altogether. Even their consumer redressal system is at a loss to help the consumers. Even after repeated reminders and warning, the company doesn't even bother to make a call to the customers for their timely appliance service. This clearly points to violation of rules as stated in the contract and is a cause of "mental harassment" to the consumer.
