[Resolved]  Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Yet to receive product even after 6 months of payment, not satisfied with their management

I am not a person who is complaining in nature, I tried my best to coordinate with Kutchina (Bajoria) but finally i found no other way rather complaining.

Couple of points why I am complaining -
1. They were not ready to start work on the date of work agreement. I took a day off because they said they will be working from 23rd/24th Nov-2016. I called them on the same day and they said they can't come because they are working in some other place. I scold them over the phone then send somebody to work on the same date. Later on i cam to know the lady (Subhra Banerjee) who was in charge of the work was on marriage leave.
They should have inform me earlier then I can plan accordingly. This was a total mismanagement.
2. They took more time to complete my kitchen work, every time I need to followup with them.
3. They have completed kitchen work by end of December but i have not received a completion certificate yet.
4. I bought one chimney (ARC) and one Hob (HB 4BKDLX) but I am yet to receive the Hob.
5. They don't even inform me about the incident that they can't deliver the Hob now, every time i need to call them.
6. In between i have to mention that the total payment was completed by end of November 2016 - check payment. After that it is your duty to follow them up to get the work done.
7. I have not receive any demo for the new chimney.
8. Again I came to know the lady has resigned job, and no proper handover took place.
9. The lady gave me a store manager number - Arindam and asked me to contact with him. I contacted with him he again gave me a number of another lady Rupshi and asked me to contact with her. Now you understand how good they are in management work..bunch of A******. sorry I i could not help me.
10. The story is still continuing ... they said the hob model is not in stock now, come to topshia and see another model. I said i can not go there, let me know when it is available in chinarpark - Bajoria office. Because I contacted chinar park office and it is close to my home. Even after 6 months they can't display a product in chinar park ... what type of business they are doing !!!
11. I asked Mr. Arindarm to work on the pending items and complete my kitchen work - Completion certificate, Demo on Chimney, New Hob delivery..
He told me he will call me back in 5 minutes ... but even after 2 hours he is not available. Again I called him and he was not answering my phone ...
So i decided to complain here ...

I would not suggest anybody to get the product from them ... They are totally people dependent not process oriented. This is not a sign of a good brand. Once the responsible person is resigned in between your work, you will be in great trouble.
They need to seriously think about their management ... this is the time to restructure there people at the top.

I brought a kuchina purica water purifier from sunny traders, Agartala. Also we have paid them in advance for servicing but every time they provided with bad servicing, the water leaks evrytime and today my father slipped as he entered the room. Also they don't receive our call and behaves very rudely. Please do take the matter seriously .
