Sir, Milon Robidas came from Kutchina to service Dewdrops DLX water purifier on 9th Sept 2015, during service he broke one internal part of the purifier, he assured that he would replace the same within 3 or 4 days, but he did not do so, I called him, he replied that the part is not yet received from Guwahati by him today it is[protected], 12 days completed, he neither contacts me nor replaces the part. As a result of which I and my family members have to suffer for drinking water.Kindly take some necessary action to solve the issue.
