I placed two orders (Order IDs: 1253948 and 1253931) on 25 July 2026. However, I have not received any booking confirmation, order details, or any communication from the company regarding these purchases. This situation is causing serious concern and gives the impression that customers are being misled. It appears that products are shown as available on the online platform, but once an order is placed, the items immediately become out of stock and the payment amount is transferred to the wallet instead. There has been no proper communication regarding refunds, and additional charges are being deducted from the refund amount. I strongly object to these deductions and request a full refund of the amount paid, without any deductions. I also request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken to ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future.
