I placed an order on the Kwabey website and later returned the product due to quality/issues with the item received. After the return was accepted, instead of processing a refund to my original payment method, the company issued me a coupon code.

This is very worng i have ordered 15 t shirts on 24 may 2026.On 06 june the kwabey company has canceled the 15 t shirts i ordered and refund is not done to the payment method what i did.The customer care is not responding .I send an email to kwabey its not responding.
Its looks like scam because :if i login with a new number 50-80 a t shirts are availabe

I had order some tees from website and its been almost 2 week it didn’t delivered and i had send them emails and send dms on instagram but didn’t get reply there plus they are not picking my calls also...

I ordered 3 shirts in size 2XL, but one of the shirts delivered was in size L. Since the wrong size was sent, I returned the item through the proper return process.

However, it has been quite some time and I still have not received my refund. I have also tried contacting the company multiple times through calls and emails, but there has been no response from their side.

I placed an order (Order ID: 1068474) on Kwabey on 5 April 2026 and made a payment of ?999 via UPI (Transaction ID:[protected].

I later cancelled the order, but instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, the company credited the refund to their internal wallet without my consent.

I do not accept wallet refunds and requested them multiple times to process the refund back to my original payment...

Ordered 3 designer tees on 27th March 8pm after seeing it on Instagram ad. They haven't replied to my mails, the number provided is not reachable, Instagram handle is dry. This kind of service is unacceptable haven't received my order yet even after the time has exceeded their policy....

I have ordered 4 t-shirts(medium size) on this website(10th January 2026) with pricing of 888 rupees. then later I changed my mind and thought of ordering Large size so I cancelled the order which was prepaid through UPI they accepted my cancellation immediately an asked me to wait for 3-5 days after 5 days I then checked the website for the refund which shows that the refund was credited and expired on the same day in my kwabey wallet that...

Ordered 4 tshirts and retuned it. They didn't refunded the amount. I have contacted many times through mail and contact number. Then they refunded to kwabey wallet. Now i cant withdraw money bank acc the reason they are saying is i used a discount coupon....

First i thought that this is one of the fraudulent site . But after checking the ads on facebook found that may be it is genuine .
After returning the product on 18th November i called the customer care and they were like it will recieved in factory on 28th after that we will take 2-3 days for quality check and then will initiate the refund.
I said that why 28th nov it hardly takes 3-4 days max to reach your ludhiana factory then y waste time and cause unnecesaary hardship, the guy said this is our policy and wasnt ready to take the complaint .

Now i am checking on 29th nov as per pronised and found what the account is been suspended . I mean like just signed up first time in lifetime and in first order found used tshirts and no proper sized so returned and to the magivc they suspended the account on date of refund due.

Bravo to the fruadsters for cheating us so wisely and appreciation to the Consumer forum/legal/police struture of our country who are silent on this and not taking any loud action towards such scammers . Even we are responsible bcoz of our ineffective careless police system's assumption that they will not do anything for 899 and 999 Rs small scam we dont approach to them .

Only advice that No police No consumer forum nor any legal syatem is reliable we have to be smart and sensible to select the shopping websites and avoid scammers ourselves, we are at our own.

I purchased 4 T shirt from Kwabey on 18 Oct of 899rs .But there is issue in product and want to return this product i raised a complaint on Kwabey and mailed them also for this issue, is called on Customer care number but they were not giving any solution.What they do i don t know my call also not connected with the kwabey customer care now.I mailed also kwabey regarding return issue.but no solution from their side even they not giving any solution or picking call.So kindly help in this.

I order 3 oversize t-shirts from there website, and I got it on this Tuesday. But the quality of the t-shirt is to poor and the size also too much big.

I try to contact them and ask for return but they don't respon and don't take return.

They are doing fraud with so many customers, so please take a legal action on them. And help me in get back my money from them

I have not yet received refund amount to my wallet . It has been more than 10 days that I have returned the product due to size issue

I placed an order of 2 t-shirts at https://www.kwabey.com on 20.08.2021 with the prepaid mode of payment (Rs. 448).
Order ID- 425635.

The order was delivered to me on 25.08.2021. Due to some size / fitting issues, I returned them. Pick-up was completed on 26.08.2021.

THE REFUND IS STILL NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE. COULD NOT EVEN CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ([protected]).
THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING.
