Kwabey — Refund issue

I have ordered 4 t-shirts(medium size) on this website(10th January 2026) with pricing of 888 rupees. then later I changed my mind and thought of ordering Large size so I cancelled the order which was prepaid through UPI they accepted my cancellation immediately an asked me to wait for 3-5 days after 5 days I then checked the website for the refund which shows that the refund was credited and expired on the same day in my kwabey wallet that is 15th January 2026. I then reached out totem regarding the issue their response was to wait until they resolve this its been 21 days till now I have not received any amount refund in my account or kwabey wallet. I hope to get my refund ASAP
