Hi.
I had got a la opala dinner set as gift for this diwali, which purchased in dmart. La opala products claims to be microwave proof. Today i stored my lunch curry in serving bowl which is prepared in morning (Kept at room temperature only). I tried to re-heat during my lunch hour (Even less than a minute). I heard the crack sound while re-heating is in progress in microwave itself. I have attached the images of the bowl.

Request you to kindly replace the item.

We would like to thank you for sharing with us your experience though it is unfortunate that you were inconvenienced due to breakage of the bowl. Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavour since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best. However, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation of the products from the factory to the shops or from shops to the place of consumption which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases.

Kindly share with us the following details and pictures so that we can review this matter justifiably & then arrange for replacement –

1. A few clear pictures of the product with design clearly visible
2. A scanned copy of the bill
3. A picture of the MRP Sticker on the box
4. Your complete address with contact details so that our respective area head can get in touch with you for further assistance.
