La Opala — laopala coffee cup broke into 2 after 1st use

I bought laopala trinity green & white coffee cups from dmart psr (Hyderabad) moosapet in jan 25th 2020. Today for guests as soon as we pour hot coffee, in first use itself it broke into 2. This was very awkward & embarrassing. I bought it assuming a highly prestigious brand with lot of trust. But completely disappointed. Attaching pics. Can someone help on this?

We would like to thank you for sharing with us your experience though it is unfortunate that you were inconvenienced due to breakage of the coffee cup. Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best.
However, since our products are made of glass, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation or usage, which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases.

Kindly share with us the following details and pictures so that we can review this matter justifiably & get back to you with an appropriate solution –

1. A few clear pictures of the broken cups with the design clearly visible.
2. No. of pieces that have broken
3. A scanned copy of the bill
4. A picture of the top side of the box & price sticker too.
5. Your location with contact details
