La Opala — Laopala quadra bluemoon received chipped items

Hi,

I have a gift order from Amazon for Laopala Quadra Bluemoon 29 piece set. Since it’s a gift I cannot return the product. I got damaged n chipped quarter plate n serving bowl. Please provide a replacement as I am a valuable customer.

2. No. of pieces that have broken
3. An image of the bill
4. A picture of the top side of the box & price sticker too.
