I am a resident of sector 55. I ordered pizza at 8:00 p. M. And it came at 11:00 p. M. This is ridiculous... Very poor performance. Employees are illmannered and they said that cancel the order. When the pizza came it was very hard and cold. The box was wet and there was no seal the box was open.. How shameless... U should close ur company... Disgusting.. I am going to consumer court now. Poor customer service. The counter guy named Nikhil Kumar at we are Punjab mall Mohali, has no etiquette to talk to the customer. For him, everything is paid. Be it coke glasses or the take away bag. Being a regular customer of this place n treated like this is not at all acceptable. I would happily pay for such stuff if I get a bill if not then atleast they should write on their counter that it’s all paid
