I have taken royal sundaram car insurance through you (I. E landmarkinsurance.) While taking the policy i have been told by your representative poonam adigare That i will be getting ‘free car serving coupon’ along with the policy but i didn’t get it. All these communications and promises are on mail. Now poonam is not even responding to my call. Daily 2-3 times i am calling her but no respond from her end. Please suggest the appropriate way and hope do the needful at the earliest.
