Sir/ma'am I bought two adidas tri-stripe ess 3s knitted track pants from lifestylestores.com on 27th july 2018. Unsatisfied with one of them, i returned the product on 6th august. By 13th august 2018, it reached their warehouse facility but no refund has been initiated to date. I received a call on 16th august from their department saying that they received a phone instead of the track-pant (The product that was to be returned). I have followed up with the hired courier service i. E. Delhivery and they have clearly stated that a track pant was received from my end and the very same was sent to the warehouse facility. The customer service is very incompetent. They hardly listen to grievances of customers. I have made a minimum of 15 calls to their customer service but all in vain. This isn't an isolated incident, my sister was harassed once before. They took 1 year to refund the amount for the returned product. Apparently, they are targeting my family.
